Plans and limits
The free plan limits (1 site, 1 seat, 12 reports), what happens at a limit, and paid plans during the beta.
The free plan
Every account starts on the free plan, with no card needed:
- 1 site (one domain and its subdomains);
- 1 seat (team member);
- 12 reports in total, for the lifetime of the account.
Only confirmed reports count: a report from an unsigned visitor counts once they confirm their email. An archived site does not count against your sites, so archiving one frees its slot.
On the Sites page, the free plan shows meters for Domains, Team and Reports as used / included.
When you reach a limit
- Sites: Add a site is greyed out ("Your plan includes N domain(s).") and the Domain field says "Upgrade to connect another." Archive a site to free a slot.
- Reports: once you reach twelve reports, further reports are refused until you subscribe. Your visitors see "Feedback is not available on this site right now." Reports from visitors who confirm their email while you are at the limit wait — nothing is lost — and are released when there is room.
Paid plans
The pricing page lists:
- Domain: 4,99 € per domain per month;
- Urgent: 9,99 € per domain per month.
During the beta, subscribing is not available from the dashboard: there is no upgrade or checkout page yet. To lift a limit, contact the Userreact team (open Help in the top bar and click Talk to a person).
