Your account, password and team
Logging in, resetting or changing your password, editing your profile, deleting your account, and team roles.
Logging in
Go to the login page and enter your Email and Password, then click Log in. Tick Keep me logged in to stay signed in on that device.
Userreact uses email and password only. Signing in with Google, Infomaniak or another provider is not available.
Forgot your password
On the login page click Forgot your password?, enter the address you signed up with and click Email a reset link. Open the link in the email, choose a new password, confirm it and click Reset password. The link works once, and only for a short while; request a new one if it has expired.
Changing your name or email
Open Settings → Profile. Change Name or Email and click Save changes. You can also reach your profile by clicking your avatar at the top right.
Changing your password
Open Settings → Password. Enter your Current password, then the New password twice, and click Update password.
Deleting your account
Open Settings → Profile and find the Delete this account card. Click Delete account, enter your password under Confirm with your password, then click Delete everything.
Deleting the account removes every report, screenshot and note it holds. There is no undo and no export afterwards.
Team members and roles
Every account belongs to an organization, created automatically at sign-up, with you as its owner. Organizations have three roles:
- Owner and Admin can do everything, including setting up integrations (GitHub, Slack, Element) on the site's integrations page.
- Member can work with sites and reports, and can file a report to GitHub once an owner or admin has connected a repository, but cannot set up or change integrations.
Inviting teammates, switching between organizations and changing roles are not available in the dashboard yet. The free plan includes one seat.
