Getting help and contacting support
The in-app Help assistant, how to reach a person on the support team, and using these docs from your own AI assistant.
The Help assistant
Click the Help icon (the question mark in the top bar, next to the inbox icon) on any page of the dashboard. A chat panel opens where you can ask questions about Userreact in English, French, Spanish or German.
The assistant answers only from this documentation, and each answer lists the pages it comes from as small numbered sources you can click. It does not answer questions that are not about Userreact, and when the documentation does not cover something it says so instead of guessing.
Your conversation is kept: close the panel and open it again later to pick up where you left off. Click New conversation to start over.
Talking to a person
Click Talk to a person, under the message box or under an answer the assistant could not give. Your conversation, including everything you asked the assistant, is passed to the Userreact support team, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
After that:
- the panel shows that your conversation is with the team, and you can no longer send messages to the assistant in it;
- the team's reply is sent to your account's email address, and also appears in the Help panel the next time you open it;
- to reply to the team, answer their email.
To ask the assistant something else afterwards, click New conversation.
If the assistant says "Something went wrong while answering", click Talk to a person, or try again a little later.
Using these docs from your own AI assistant
This documentation is public, so you can point your own AI tools at it:
- llms.txt: the site publishes
/llms.txt(an index of every page) and/llms-full.txt(all pages in one file), and each page as plain text under/help/, for example/help/sites.md. - MCP server: AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (Claude, Cursor, VS Code and others) can connect to the documentation at
/mcp/docson the Userreact site, as a remote (HTTP) server. It offers three read-only tools: search the docs, read a page, and list all pages. For Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http userreact-docs https://userreact.com/mcp/docs
These give access to the documentation only, never to your account, sites or reports.
