# Reports inbox and dashboard

## The inbox

Open **Reports** in the side menu to see every report from all your sites, 20 per page, newest first. Columns: **Report**, **Type**, **Status**, **Site**, **Received**. A picture icon means the report has a screenshot.

Filters:

- **Search reports…**: full-text search over the reports, ranked by relevance. The search box at the top of every page does the same, and also finds report ids.
- **Type**: All types, Bugs or Suggestions.
- **Site**: shown when you have more than one site.
- **Status**: tick the statuses to show; at least one must stay ticked. **Done** and **Declined** are hidden by default, so a finished report disappears from the default view. Tick them to see those reports again. **Clear filters** resets everything.

Reports from visitors who have not confirmed their email yet are not in the inbox until they confirm. See [Identifying your users](identity.md).

## Statuses

Each report has one status: **New**, **Triaged**, **Planned**, **In progress**, **Done**, **Declined** or **Duplicate**. New reports start as New. Change the status on the report page; it saves immediately.

Changing a status is internal: the reporter is not notified.

## The report page

Click a report to open it. You see:

- the report text and its page, with **Open the page** to visit it;
- **Context** (captured automatically): Browser, Viewport, Screen, Locale, Referrer, Page, plus **Console errors** and **Failed requests**;
- **Screenshot**, if the reporter attached one. The image link is valid for 15 minutes; reload the page for a fresh one;
- **Notes**: internal notes for your team. Type in "Add an internal note…" and click **Add note** (up to 5000 characters). Notes are never sent to the reporter; there is no way to reply to the reporter from Userreact;
- **Status**;
- **Issue tracker**, to file the report in GitHub. See [GitHub](github.md);
- **Announced in**, if the report was posted to Slack or Element;
- **Reporter**: name, email, site and when it was received.

Visitors cannot vote on reports.

## The dashboard

**Dashboard** shows:

- **Widget**: whether the widget is installed and reporting, with the snippet and **Copy snippet**;
- **Triage queue**: up to six New and Triaged reports waiting for a decision;
- **Reports received** over the last 14 days, and **Reports by domain**;
- **Open reports**: reports that are New, Triaged, Planned or In progress;
- **Median time to done**;
- **Top reporters**.
