# Frequently asked questions

## How many teammates can I have on my subscription?

The free plan includes one seat: the account owner. Inviting teammates is not available in the dashboard yet, so every account currently has a single member, whatever the plan. See [Your account, password and team](account.md).

## Can I send Userreact reports to GitHub?

Yes. Connect GitHub on a site's integrations page, choose a repository, and file any report as a GitHub issue with **Create an issue** on the report page. Filing is one way and on request: nothing is filed automatically, and changes in GitHub do not come back to Userreact. See [Filing reports to GitHub](github.md).

## Which chat tools work with Userreact?

**Slack** and **Element** (Matrix). Userreact announces each new report in the channel or room you choose, as it arrives. Other chat tools are not supported yet. See [Slack and Element notifications](chat-notifications.md).

## Where is Userreact based, and where is my data stored?

Userreact is made by Fifteenpeas SARL. The application, its database and the screenshots are hosted by OVHcloud in France, in the EU. See the privacy page for the company details and the full list of sub-processors.

## Can I choose how the widget opens?

Yes. Use your own link or button (`href="#userreact"` or a `data-userreact-open` attribute), open it from JavaScript with `window.userreact.open()`, and choose whether the floating button shows: automatically, always or never. You can also choose its language and what it collects. See [Installing and opening the widget](widget-install.md).

## How many domains can use the widget?

Each site in Userreact is one domain, and it covers all of that domain's subdomains. You can also add up to 20 other accepted origins per site, such as a staging host. The free plan includes one site; the paid plans are priced per domain. See [Sites](sites.md) and [Plans and limits](plans.md).

## What help can I get to integrate the widget?

Start with [Installing and opening the widget](widget-install.md) and [Identifying your users](identity.md), which include ready-made examples for Laravel and Node.js. The **Help** assistant in the dashboard answers questions from this documentation, and **Talk to a person** in the same panel reaches the support team. See [Getting help and contacting support](help-and-support.md).

## Is there a video tutorial?

Not yet. The written guides cover setup step by step: start with [Getting started with Userreact](getting-started.md).

## Can I close my account and take my data with me?

You can delete your account at any time from **Settings** → **Profile** → **Delete account**. Deleting removes every report, screenshot and note, and cannot be undone. There is no data export in the dashboard yet, so if you need a copy of your data, contact support before deleting (open **Help** and click **Talk to a person**). See [Your account, password and team](account.md).

## Does Userreact only use European providers?

For hosting, storage and email, yes: OVHcloud and Scaleway, both in France. Two exceptions:

- the **Help** assistant in the dashboard uses Anthropic, a US company, to answer questions from this documentation. The questions you type in the Help panel are sent to it;
- integrations you choose to connect, such as GitHub or Slack, are run by those companies, and the report data you send them goes to them.

The privacy page lists the sub-processors.

## Is there an API to use my reports elsewhere?

Not yet. Today a report can leave Userreact in two ways: filed as a GitHub issue, or announced in Slack or Element. The documentation itself is available to AI tools through `llms.txt` and an MCP server, but that covers the docs only, never your reports. See [Getting help and contacting support](help-and-support.md).
